3. Pricing

Prices shown are indicative starting rates and may vary by technology, experience, specialist requirements, availability, engagement duration, and contract terms. Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing your requirements. Applicable taxes, additional costs, and any minimum commitments will be disclosed before agreement.

4. Engagements

Engagement models, schedules, minimum commitments, confidentiality, intellectual-property ownership, invoicing and any arrangements for changes of developer are defined in the agreement for each engagement. Where a policy has not yet been agreed, it will be discussed with you before signing.

5. Requirement form

The requirement form on this website prepares a message in your browser for you to send using your own email application or WhatsApp. Submitting the form on this site does not by itself send or store any information.

6. Availability of developers

We do not guarantee the availability of any particular developer, skill or start date. Timelines depend on the role, skills and availability.

7. Intellectual property

The website design, text and graphics are owned by Asha Webtech IT Solution Private Limited unless otherwise stated. Photographs marked as illustrative are licensed stock images and do not depict our developers or clients.
