Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Asha Webtech IT Solution Private Limited under the brand The Developer Bench. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Asha Webtech IT Solution Private Limited.

2. Information we collect

This website does not have a server-side form, user accounts or a database. The requirement form on this site only prepares a message in your browser; it is not sent to us or stored by this website.

We receive personal information only when you choose to contact us — for example by sending the prepared email or WhatsApp message, emailing us directly or calling us. This may include your name, business email, company name, country, phone number and the details of your hiring requirements.

3. How we use information

We use the information you send us to:

• respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirements;
• prepare proposals, quotes and agreements;
• manage an engagement if you become a client; and
• meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Third-party services

If you choose to contact us through your email provider or WhatsApp, those services process your message under their own privacy policies. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with candidate developers only to the extent needed to discuss your requirements, with professional advisers, or where required by law.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement, and as required for legal and accounting purposes.

8. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have sent us, subject to legal requirements. Contact us at [email protected].

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
